Don’t Look Down was commissioned by YHA, one of the most important membership organisations in the outdoor industry, to produce an entertaining and inspirational quarterly magazine. As well as covering a wide editorial remit, it also needed to work as a print product, as an online page turner and each article needed to be stand alone content.

In the first issue we were lucky enough to speak to YHA Ambassador Alan Hinkes, the only Brit to have climbed all the 14 8,000 metre peaks in the world.
The magazine featured a range of YHA news, and inspirational topics to entice the reader to visit more YHAs, and generally reflect the YHA’s mandate.
